Warranty & Return Requests

For warranty or return assistance, please include your order number, tire brand/model/size, vehicle year/make/model, date of installation, mileage at time of purchase and current mileage, and clear photos of the tread wear, wear pattern(s), both tire sidewalls, and the DOT number. Please also note the installer (shop or DIY) and confirm that proper inflation and regular tire rotation were maintained. Incomplete submissions may delay processing. All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer guidelines and inspection approval.
